MY PLEDGE TO CHARITY – The wonderful community at Canadian Guide Dogs for the Blind introduced me to two angels, Nemo and Lewis, who have been loyal guides and cherished family members. I appreciate these amazing people at CGBD, and part of the proceeds from this book will be donated to them so they can help others like me. It is one of several charities I support, and buying this book helps provide a better quality of life and independence for disabled persons around the world.
Kevin has a service guide dog, named Lewis for 9 years and had Nemo for 10 years who has retired in September 2022.
In 2023 I received my third service guide dog Woody a black Labradoodle.
